Delivery Carriers
We use USPS and UPS for all shipments.
Handling, Processing & Cut-Off Times
- Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)
- Order Cut-Off: 11:59 PM Eastern Time
- Weekend / Holiday Policy: We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship Monday. Orders placed on holidays ship the next business day.
Transit Times
Transit time begins after shipment and does not include the 1-business-day handling period. Delivery times depend on the carrier and service selected.

Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $30
- All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your package at USPS.com or UPS.com.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a package is in transit, address changes are not possible.
Wrong or Undeliverable Address
If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or contact us immediately with photos if the package was left without signature.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax, including shipping tax where applicable, in accordance with New York State law.
